Day 5: 12 squats, 12 one legged deadlifts (on each side), 12 walking lunges. Day 6: 12 push-ups, 12 up-down planks, 12 triceps dips. Day 7: 12 Straight leg Jackknifes, 24 mountain climbers, 45 second planks. Day 8: Take a rest for whole day. Day 9: 10 squats, 10 one legged deadlifts (on each side), 20 Walking lunges. These above things are repeated in all 28 days but the quantity will be high. In this 28 days the beginners will be more fit and want to know further procedures. In this challenge beginners have to follow a strict diet. They have to maintain their body calorie for fitness. They shouldn’t eat junk food and high calorie food. They have to avoid sweets also. They can eat boiled steamed food, salad, oatmeal and fruit to maintain their physique, and they can also eat yellow liquid matter of the egg.
